Cadence Partners has developed over 3 million square feet of industrial real estate in the state of Florida. Cadence Partners has developed several industrial developments throughout Florida, including the Turnpike Commerce Center Buildings totaling 180,000 sf, the Center of Commerce Buildings which total 220,000 sf., the Western Beltway Buildings totaling 195,000 sf and both Hialeah Gardens Trade Center and Commerce Center totaling 290,000 sf.
Cadence is currently developing several ground up industrial developments with Clarion Partners, including the 53-acre Northstar Logistics Center in Apopka, Florida totaling approximately 740,000 sf of warehouse space, the Stirling Logistics Center at 100,000 sf and the Kelly Industrial Park at 1.5 million square feet over 88 acres.
