A cadence can be more easily defined as a rhythmic sequence. Within the work environment a cadence can be referred to when, where and how a leader or manager and his team regularly meet and where team members have an opportunity to share views and information. The sequencing of design, construction and delivery of projects are paramount when considering any industrial project. Cadence Partners was founded with this goal in mind when developing Class A distribution facilities through Florida. We encourage collaborative input from both consultants and equity partners to create developments that incorporate the best design concepts to provide long term value.
Since being founded in 2018, Cadence Partners has developed over 3 million square feet of industrial real estate in the state of Florida. Notable current developments include the Silver Star Build to Suit totaling 63,000 sf in Orlando, Florida and the Northstar Logistics Center totaling 740,000 sf Center of Commerce Buildings in Apopka, Florida. Prior developments include the Stirling Logistics Center totaling 99,400 sf which recently sold for a record sales price of over $38M to a user.
